PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measurement device whose IP address given from a DHCP server can always be identified even from a remote place and to provide a measurement system. SOLUTION: The measurement device to which an IP address is given from a DHCP server is provided with a function that automatically transmits a mail including an IP address to at least one preset destination at start and the measurement system is built up by using this measurement device.
