PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high quality cabinet of an electronic apparatus which surely holds an object of the electronic apparatus such as CRT when the object is pressed and held, and can hold it, even if vibrations due to the fall or external forces are exerted during transporting, packing, etc. SOLUTION: The cabinet of the electronic apparatus is composed of a plurality of frame members and comprises first frame members 20, 26 having first supporting parts 220 having holes to which a peripheral part of the object 18 abut, the cabinet being mounted on the object, and second frame members 22, 24 having thin-walled second supporting parts 106 connected to the first frame members 22, 24, a peripheral part of the object 18 that abut to the parts 106.
