PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projector capable of flexibly coping with the change of screen size and also to provide a projector capable of flexibly coping with the change of the screen size and easily adjusting a coordinate detecting device constituting an image position or coordinate input device. SOLUTION: This projector, for example, a rear projector is equipped with such structure that a screen part and a main body part can be separated. Then, the screen parts of various sizes can be placed on the main body part so as to make the screen size changeable.
