PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an external appearance and to prevent a bolt from being removed by hiding the bolt from the outside. SOLUTION: This structure comprises a tubular lower column 11 fitted to a concrete foundation, a tubular upper column 21 connected to the upper end of the lower column 11, a wedge member 31 connecting the lower column 11 and the upper column 21, and a cover member 41 covering the upper end of the lower column 11. A connecting taper section 12 inserted with the upper column 21 and expanding upward is formed at the upper end section of the inner periphery of the lower column 11, a supporting taper section 13 expanding upward is formed below the connecting taper section 12, and a taper section 22 coupled with the supporting taper section 13 is formed at the lower end section of the upper column 21.
