PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a header type water and hot water supply piping which is excellent in workability and economic efficiency and can prevent generation of noise and reduce the outdoor piping works. SOLUTION: Since a main hot water pipe (20) and branched water supply pipes (1) are arranged to penetrate into a through hole (27) of a foundation (25) from the indoor underfloor, in the header type water and hot water supply piping to connect to an outdoor stationary hot water supply instrument (10), an outdoor piping work can be reduced as compared with the time when an outdoor branch pipe bifurcated from the main water supply pipe in the outdoor site is connected to a hot water supply instrument.
