PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow plow, equipped with an attaching structure for a shank member in which the detaching of the shaft member can be performed easily and quickly, the structure is simple and production is easy, and the shank member is hardly disconnected in the snow plow, where a hydraulic cylinder is equipped and the hydraulic cylinder is installed via a shank member. SOLUTION: A pin hole is provided at the end portion of a shank member projecting out from a bearing hole and a pin member penetrates it, and a freely oscillating retaining ring equipped to one end of a pin member is fitted to the outer peripheral portion of the end portion of the shank member, and the retaining ring is retained at that position by the elastic force of the retaining ring itself.
