PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cope with a design change without requiring the design of a circuit board to be changed, facilitate maintenance when there is an abnormality arising in a control board, and enhance productivity relating to the connection of a connector by finishing the operation of attaching an instrument panel wire harness to a steering wheel through the attaching of a steering module to reinforcement. SOLUTION: A power supply for driving auxiliary devices provided on a steering wheel body is obtained from the instrument panel wire harness via a control unit connected to the auxiliary machines and having a control function for controlling the specific one of the auxiliary devices based on a detection signal which is output from the specific auxiliary device. The detection signal output from the auxiliary device or a control signal output from the auxiliary device is transmitted to the instrument panel wire harness via the control unit.
