PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a worker to pass through a support without removing the hook of a safety belt from a master rope when passing through the support portion. SOLUTION: A master rope passing groove 21 capable of passing the head section 11 of a support 10 is formed on a hardware body 2, and the hardware body 2 is provided with a spring type switch lever 3 opening the master rope passing groove 21 only when the hardware body 2 passes through the support 10 and otherwise closing the master rope passing groove 21 to prevent the master rope 11 from being released from the master rope passing groove 21. A hook 13 is hooked on a hook latch 4 fixed to the hardware body 2, thereby the worker can pass through the support 10 without removing the hook 13 of the safety belt when passing through the support 10.
