PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior panel made of a composite plate produced by bonding a thermal insulation plate member made of a foaming material and a ceramic exterior plate member mutually so as to facilitate sorting after use and disposal work. SOLUTION: An exterior plate member 21 and a thermal insulation plate member 22 are mutually bonded through adhesive A or an adhesive tape. They are integrated to such an extent that there is not hindrance in small transportation and handling. When thus constituted exterior panel is finished as a wall face, there is no difference between a panel using adhesive and it. Furthermore, sorting after use is easy, and disposal work can be done simply.
