摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a joining structure of footing and steel pipe pile, by which the strength of the lower section of the footing is increased, which can resist seismic force effectively, while having superior economic advantage and by which the size of the footing can be compacted. SOLUTION: In this jointing structure of the footing and the steel pipe piles, in which the footing 3 installed to the lower section of a column base 1 and the steel pipe piles 5 being mounted on the lower section of the footing 3 and supporting the structure are jointed through connecting-section steel pipes 21 set up among both footing and steel pipe piles, the upper end sides and lower end sides of the connecting-section steel pipes 21 are inserted to the lower end section of the footing and the insides of the upper ends of the steel pipe piles 5 by fixed length respectively, and the connecting-section steel pipes 21 and the footing 3 and the steel pipe piles 5 are jointed via concrete 6, while the ratio d/t of the diameter(d) of the connecting-section steel pipe 21 to plate thickness(t) is set to 40 or smaller.
