PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new fiber-treating agent composition which has excellent safety and can impart excellent flexibility and excellent smoothness to fibers and fiber products. SOLUTION: This fiber-treating agent composition containing one or more wax diesters represented by the general formula (1) (R1 is a 10 to 24C linear or branched alkyl; R2 is a 1 to 31C linear or branched alkyl; R3 is a 1 to 31C linear or branched alkyl), one or more wax esters, and one or more cationic surfactants as essential components.
