PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hopper for a plate-like body capable of continuously working with replenishing a stock case with paper without stopping a machine while being installable even in a small factory by shortening the whole device and mounting it on a base frame. SOLUTION: In this hopper for the plate-like body, multiple paper sheets 3 to be processed are piled up and stoked, and the paper sheet 3 is taken out one by one to feed to a stamping press machine 8. A frame-like stock case 22 for holding the paper sheets 3 stood and piled up aslant is tilted and mounted on an upper part of the base frame 1 of the stamping press machine on a feeding side such that a back side of the stock case 22 becomes lower, and the stock case 22 tilted is opened on a lower back side to form an opening part 44. An drawing part 14 is provided so as to be opposed to the opening part 44 and freely move forward, backward, upward and downward, and a pinch roller 17 for pinching the drawn paper 3 to feed and a change-direction guide plate 25 for bending the paper sheet 3 from a vertical direction to the horizontal direction are provided.
