PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for modifying a shape of a drink port of a beverage bottle which can simply decrease the drink port in size to eliminate inconvenience that the drink port of a conventional screwed beverage bottle has been designed for a man but not for a child with a small mouth or a woman who drinks decently. SOLUTION: The device for modifying a shape of a drink port of a beverage bottle has a thread 41 on a cap-type base 31 and an internal threaded groove inside the base 31, which can be threaded with a thread of the bottle 1 for fastening. An external threaded groove is provided on the upper thread 41 to be engaged with the groove inside the cap if needed, whereby the bottle can be lidded while the device 6 of the invention is fixed to the bottle 1.
