PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip for distribution which can be printed in a printing apparatus without causing a fault of carriage. SOLUTION: The slip 100 for distribution is constituted by having a plurality of sheets of slips 1a-1g, perforations 2a-2f so provided in the surface of the slip la as to have a prescribed width, bar codes 3a-3g of the same information provided for the slips 1a-1g respectively and distribution information 4. Since the uppermost paper piece (slip 1a) to be a cover face is formed of the same piece, according to this constitution, such an obstruction as being bent or turned up hardly occurs in the course of carriage inside the printing apparatus. Therefore it is possible to perform a printing process smoothly and without causing any fault of carriage such as clogging with paper, to make the slip inexpensive and to detach each paper piece without fail.
