PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which is used for purifying water for breeding aquatic lives, can remove ammonia form nitrogen and oxide form nitrogen including nitrate form nitrogen and nitrite form nitrogen in the breeding water without affecting aquatic lives, has a small size, and does not need to inversely wash a filtration tank. SOLUTION: In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides the purification system which is equipped with a bubble-separating device not needing an inversely washing device and with a bioelectrodenitration tank capable of removing nitrate form nitrogen from a breeding tank without adding a reducing agent that may affect the aquatic lives.
