PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interface device performing access to a displayable information resource, and adjusting the extracted information according to the reed of a user. SOLUTION: This interface device is provided with a tag reader 18, a decoder 34 for identifying an encoded resource address 38 carried by a tag 28, and an access means for performing access to the identified resource. Then, the information loaded from the accessed information resource is displayed by display means 14, 22, 24, and 48. A print RF tag technique is used for this embodiment, and the Internet, intranet, or extranet resource using URL as an address is used as an information resource.
