<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation apparatus for water pipe network for faithfully simulating a phenomenon in which water does not smoothly run, when water pressure is insufficient and for quickly converging distributing pipe network calculation processing. SOLUTION: Threeshold of a water pressure P of a demand node 11 of a distributing pipe network is set to Pth. When P>=Pth, demanded quantity D=D0, and when P<=0, D=0, and when 0<P< Pth, water pressure and demand quantity function is applied. The demand node 11 is defined as a real node NR, a pipeline 12 is defined as a real pipeline PR, a virtual node NV is connected through a virtual pipeline PV with the NR, a demand quantity extracted from the NR with which the PV is connected is set to be 0 so that a flow rate Q of the PV can be treated as a demand quantity D, and a ground altitude G of the NR is applied to the NV. Then, pipeline calculation is performed by using a loss of head formula obtained, by converting the water pressure and demand quantity function for indicating the relation between the flow rate Q running through the PV and a loss of head h. Thus, a relation between water pressure P at each demand node and a demand quantity D at a demand node is simulated.</p> |
