PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ottoman which can be positioned at a predetermined spot and can be rapidly connected to a seat of a car, while the safety in use is being sufficiently ensured. SOLUTION: An ottoman 1 uses a slide rail 4 of a seat 2 of a car and is disposed so as to move along the rail 4. The ottoman supports the calf M1 or the foot M2 of a user M sitting thereon. In the ottoman 1, a positioning piece 65 which advances and engages with a positioning hole 43, which is provided at a plurality of points of the rail 4, to position the ottoman and a connection arm 74 adapted to be connected to a connection arm 54 provided in the seat 2 are provided. The piece 65 is cooperatively combined with the arm 74, and when the arm 74 is in a connected state, the piece 65 rises and is held in a state, in which the positioning is released.
