Systems and methods for enabling a public network subscriber to access the public network through a private network, to which the subscriber does not belong, are disclosed. A base station controller associated with a private network receives an access request message from a remote terminal. A determining module associated with the private network base station controller or the private network mobile services switching center determines whether the remote terminal belongs to the private network. If the remote terminal does not belong to the private network, then the private network base station controller forwards the access request message to the public network. |
