PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for the process of forming catalyst layers on an ion exchange membrane using coating liquid, in which a joined unit of an electrode and membrane has a smooth joining surface with no wrinkles on ion exchange membrane. SOLUTION: Liquid which contains an ion exchange resin and a catalyst is coated on an ion exchange membrane, comprising perfluorocarbon polymer containing ion exchange group, that is fixed to a base material, and after being dried, the base material is peeled off the ion exchange membrane. |
