PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically store a writing member or a makeup member into a top metal when a cap is put into a pocket while a mode of use shown in the figure is kept. SOLUTION: An actuating element 8 for holding the writing member 1 is rotated with a shaft cylinder 2 and is moved in the up and down direction independently from the shaft cylinder 2. A cam follower part 8a of the actuating member 8 is guided by a cam part 6b of an inner cylinder 6 fitted to the cap 4. In the mode of use, the cam follower part 8a is hooked to a clip ball 5a at a position where it enters from a normal inclined face 6c to a reverse inclined face 6e. For returning to a mode of unused condition, the shaft cylinder 2 is rotated a little in the clockwise direction to move the cam follower part 8a toward the normal inclined face 6c. When a clip 5 is put in the pocket while it is kept as shown in the figure, as the clip ball 5a escapes outward and is separated from the cam follower 8a and hooking action until that time is released, the cam follower part 8a is guided by the reverse inclined face 6e and is moved to a position of a recessed face 6g' to get the mode of unused condition. |
