PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To collect fees in accordance with functions used by a user by setting fees corresponding to various functions which a multi-function digital copying machine has. SOLUTION: A picture input and output device having plural functions is provided with a using function designating means for selecting or setting a specific function from the picture input and output device, a fee storing means for storing a rental fee for each function and a rental fee calculation means for calculating the rental fee of a device by referring to the designated function information and the fee information of each stored function. Then, the calculated rental fee is electronically adjusted when operation by the function designated by the user is finished. |
