<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate product members to raw materials with high yield by simple operation in the case of segmenting product members having prescribed length by the prescribed number of product members from plural sorts of raw materials having previously fixed length. SOLUTION: The member allocating working device is provided with an input device 1 for inputting data concerned with raw materials and product members, an arithmetic unit 2 for executing necessary operation including conversion allocating processing and a working device 4 for executing working on the basis of an operation result. Thus conversion allocation is efficiently executed, the raw materials are charged on the basis of the allocated result and the working device executes working such as cutting, drilling and seat engraving. The conversion allocation includes primary allocation processing for setting up the combination of plural raw materials and determining a combination for allocating all necessary product members and secondary allocation processing for correcting the combination of raw materials determined by the primary allocation processing to a combination of optimum yield.</p> |
