PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply a correct power to a plurality of electronic devices. SOLUTION: An output voltage Vra is supplied from a controller 16 to control an output voltage Va of a DC-DC converter 13a. Moreover, polarity of voltage Va is set with a polarity control signal FRa. This voltage Va is outputted via an output control unit 14a. When it is determined, based on the switching condition signal SWa, that output of the voltage Va is stopped with the output control unit 14a, the level and polarity of the voltage Va can be varied by generating the reference signal Vra depending on the manipulation signal CT from the manipulation unit 17 and the signal FRa. The correct power can be supplied to a plurality of electronic devices by operating the converter 13b also in the same manner.
