PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lessen the forward and rearward occupying area of a temperature adjustment device as much as possible and reduce a distance from a driving seat to the rear part of a revolving base. SOLUTION: An excavating device 3 is arranged in front of a revolving base 2 and an engine 4 is arranged at the rear side of the revolving base respectively. The revolving center S is positioned in the front and rear direction on the revolving base 2 and a driving seat 6 and a temperature adjustment device 7 below the driving seat are arranged in the vicinity of the revolving center S in the right and left and the longitudinal side of the temperature adjustment device 7 is turned substantially laterally.
