PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assist grip capable of improving the strength of a hollow core material grip part of the assist grip and superior in the formability while keeping a sufficient degree of hollowness. SOLUTION: In this assist grip manufactured by integrally forming a core material having a grip part injection molded with hollowness and having an approximately oval cross-section, and a shell for covering the grip part, a groove is formed on a long diameter side end of the grip part.
