PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a file in which inserting holes into which binding legs are inserted are appropriately protected and the binding legs can be smoothly inserted. SOLUTION: Protective members 6 are provided on opening end parts 221 and 321 of the inserting holes 22 and 32 and under a condition where inner peripheral faces 22a and 32a of the inserting holes 22 and 32 are approximately covered with these protective members 6, approximately cylindrical boss parts 61 inserted into the inserting holes 22 and 32 are provided and in addition, inner inserting holes 621 of the protective members 6 have tapered guide faces 621a for guiding insertion of the apex parts 21b and 31b of the binding legs 21 and 31.
