SOLUTION: This cutting tool in which a tightening portion 200a by a screw or the like of a cutting tool body 12 is disposed in a first recessed portion 200 which is recessed below the contour of the cutting tool body 12, and the tool holder 14 having a second recessed portion 14' to be fitted to the cutting tool with a small clearance between the contour of the cutting tool and itself, are provided.
