PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable control unit usable for plural flow measuring systems common. SOLUTION: This unit has an interface part 48 connectable to the flow measuring systems 1 of plural lorries in common, while the lorry is loaded with a storage tank for a fluid and the flow measuring system 1 capable of measuring a flow rate of the fluid flowing into or out of the storage tank. The unit has a control part 41 deciding the flow measuring system 1 connected to the interface part 48 and internally setting control information about the flow measuring system 1.
