PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiver that can stably read an NRZ code even when the duty ratio of a waveform of a received BPSK signal is disturbed. SOLUTION: The receiver consists of a reception means that receives the BPSK signal, a clock signal generating means that generates a prescribed clock signal, a count means that counts number of waves of the BPSK signal based on the generated clock signal, a setting means that sets a monitor range to monitor edges of the BPSK signal by using a prescribed range of counted number of waves of the BPSK signal, and an extract means that extracts the NRZ code by using the edge detected within the set prescribed monitor range.
