PERSONAL COMPUTER SYSTEM FOR TESTING POWER SYSTEM SERVICE AID DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the man-hour of a test and to further improve the efficiency of the test by reducing the number of test personnel and shortening preparation time for the reading of a test data file or the like. SOLUTION: The personal computer system is provided with a service aid device for deciding the faults of multiple equipment arranged in a power system on the basis of information obtained from these equipment and a simulator type testing device for simulatively driving the service aid device and inspecting its functions. The testing device is provided with a simulator personal computer(PC) 13 storing equipment data simulating equipment information, other plural simulator PCs storing peripheral data simulating peripheral information corresponding to the equipment data and a batch control PC 19 collectively connected to all the simulator PCs through a serial transmission converter for allowing these simulator PCs to read out a start command and data. Thus the functions of the service aid device are tested by simultaneously or time-differentially starting respective PCs through the batch control PC 19.
