It is more preferable that lubrication rolling is executed in such a manner that the friction coefficient between rolling rolls and the steel sheets is controlled to <=0.15 at the time of the hot rolling, or the steel sheet after the hot rolling is subjected to annealing of executing heating to the recrystallization temperature or more and is subsequently subjected to cold rolling.
