PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain downsizing and cost reduction of an apparatus. SOLUTION: A sheet feeding roller 37 which is rotated and a sheet feeding roller 42 facing it are provided ahead of a front stopper 17 of a delivering part. Ahead of the sheet feeding roller 37, a defective-sheet mount 50 is fixed on a sub frame 36, and a sample mount 53 is fitted above the defective-sheet mount 50. The sample mount 53 is supported so as to oscillate around a shaft 54 with a pneumatic cylinder 55 as a drive source, and the left end 50a of the defective-sheet mount 50 is opened or closed. |
