PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly hydrophilic fiber of excellent high-speed processability, to provide nonwoven fabrics using the above fiber, and to provide nonwoven fabric processed products using the above nonwoven fabrics. SOLUTION: This hydrophilic fiber made from a thermoplastic resin is such as to be finished with a textile treatment agent comprising each specific polyoxyethylene alkyl ether, quaternary ammonium phosphate salt and polyorganosiloxane. The 2nd objective nonwoven fabrics are obtained by using the above fibers. The 3rd objective nonwoven fabric processed products are obtained by using the above nonwoven fabrics.
