PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic chart system capable of referring to the past diagnosis and treatment data about a patient very easily in the case of inputting the present diagnosis and treatment data and also drastically making the inputting operation of the present diagnosis and treatment data efficient and simple by utilizing the past diagnosis and treatment data. SOLUTION: This electronic chart system for preparing and storing an electronic chart on which the diagnosis and treatment data about each of patients are electronically recorded, is provided with a past diagnosis and treatment data fetching means for fetching the past diagnosis and treatment data that are data about at least one input frame among one or a plurality of input frames and are inputted in the past when an input picture that is one including one or a plurality of input frames and is for inputting the present and new diagnosis and treatment data is displayed and a past diagnosis and treatment data displaying means for displaying the past diagnosis and treatment data fetched by the past diagnosis and treatment data fetching means in a corresponding input frame in the input picture. |
