PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce an organic composite galvanized steel sheet excellent in electrical conductivity and also good in corrosion resistance fingerprint resistance or the like regardless of the roughness of the galvanized steel sheet as the base. SOLUTION: In this organic composite galvanized steel sheet, the surface of a galvanized steel sheet is deposited with a chromate film and an organic film in succession, the organic film has craterlike indentations with a size of 1 to 10μm by the coating weight of 0.5 to 3 g/m2, and the number of the craterlike indentations is 10 to 500 pieces in the region of 100μm×100μm of the optional surface, and in the method for depositing the same organic film, a solution in which granular silicone rubber powder with a grain size of 1 to 10μm is dispersed into a water base coating material is applied and baked to deposit an organic film, and after that, the silicone rubber powder is removed by a method such as water cooling.
