PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet which is used for separately packaging sanitary napkins and does not produce a sound, when the separate packages of the sanitary napkins are opened, and which has excellent flexibility and excellent printing suitability. SOLUTION: This sheet which is used for separately packaging sanitary napkins and is prepared by using a nonwoven fabric laminate which comprises one or more spun-bonded nonwoven fabric layers and one or more melt-blown nonwoven fabric layers, whose at least one side layer is the spun-bonded nonwoven fabric layer, and which has a texture index of <=410, a water resistance degree of >=90 mmAq and a METSUKE <=20 g/m2. The melt-blown nonwoven fabric layer forming the nonwoven fabric laminate preferably comprises a resin composition comprising polyethylene (A) and polyethylene wax (B).
