PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably output a through image from a monitor even during the time of charging by stabilizing a clock. SOLUTION: When a strobe 42 is charged, the frequency of a system clock outputted from a clock generator 40 is reduced from 30 MHz to 15 MHz. The lowest warranty voltage that the system clock of 15 MHz is outputted stably is lower than the lowest warranty voltage that the system clock of 30 MHz is outputted stably. Thereby, even when the battery voltage is lowered suddenly during the time of charging of the strobe 42, the clock is outputted stably. Thus, through image processing is performed suitably even during the time of charging.
