PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain compatibility of prevention of chemical crystal on the crossover roller surface with prevention of dew condensation by adequate managing of the humidity within a housing. SOLUTION: An exhaust fan 50 is intermittently operated by a controller 54 in accordance with the result of the detection of a humidity sensor 52 for detecting the humidity in the housing 14 to regulate the humidity in the housing 14 to the humidity at which the crystals of the chemicals are not generated on the crossover roller surface, by which the flawing of a photosensitive material 26 may be prevented. Further, the humidity at which the occurrence of the dew condensation in the housing 14 is averted is maintained, by which the fall of drips to respective treating vessels may be avoided and contamination may be prevented.
