PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface sheet excellent in productivity and a toilet device equipped therewith while having such conventional merits that an operating surface is clean, a bidet can be very sanitarily used, and since a resin layer containing an antimicrobial is formed only around the surface of a base resin (basic material) as an operation name plate, cost can be reduced without using the antimicrobial up to the deep layer of the base resin. SOLUTION: A surface sheet is constituted of basic materials and a colored and antimicrobial pattern layer formed on the basic materials.
