PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fender mirror for an automobile postfittable easily and quickly by a nonprofessional, and satisfying the safety standard. SOLUTION: This fender mirror is composed of a mirror part 1, a mounting seat part 2 and a leg part 3 between the mirror part 1 and the mounting seat part 2, the mirror part 1 has a cylindrical basic part 8 opened at its lower part on one side of a mirror cover 4 acting as a hood, the mounting seat part 2 can be held and fixed by a fixing bolt 13 through a front side edge part 10 of a bon-net 9, the leg part 3 has the cylindrical shape rotatable engaged with the cylindrical basic part 8 of the mirror part 1 at its upper part, and supported on the mounting sea part 2 at its lower end surface, a tension coil spring 14 is mounted in the leg part 3 in a state that its upper end part 15 is locked on an integrated part 17 of the cylindrical basic part 8, and its lower end part 16 is locked on an integrated part 18 of an upper plate part 11 of the mounting seat part 2, and the mirror part 1, the leg part 3 and the mounting seat part 2 are integrated by spring force.
