PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing device, capable of rendering the amount of axial thermal displacement accompanied by thermal deformation of the tip position of a main shaft close to zero preventing seizure of a bearing that results from radial thermal deformation. SOLUTION: A sleeve 20 has body 21, stored with angular ball bearing 4a, 4b, and a flange 22 integrally secured to a first housing 1a. The sleeve 20 is composed of a material with a higher coefficient of thermal expansion than that of the rotary shaft 2 and is built into the first housing 1a, with a clearance previously provided between the body 21 and the first housing 1a to remain in an amount equal to or more than a predetermined amount, when the body 21 and the first housing 1a expand thermally within a designated temperature range.
