PURPOSE: A device for testing academic exam of driving license using computer and displaying advertisement screen using the same are provided to take an examination by using an electronic driving license computer licensing system comprising a personal computer terminal, a key input device, a user checking device, and a display device for a screen monitoring. CONSTITUTION: If a driving license academic test applicant takes a seat at the front portion of a personal terminal and initializes a terminal using a key input device for taking an examination, a screen for requesting an input of an examination number is outputted on a screen of a display device. If the applicant inputs one's examination number, the personal terminal inquires a database for checking the applicant. If the applicant confirmed as a normal applicant, the personal terminal downloads academic test data extracted in an item pool from a central computer and executes the academic test in a predetermined time. If the academic test is completed, the personal terminal calculates and outputs the result. The academic test contents, the result, and a decision to pass or fail are transmitted and stored in the central computer.
