PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sampling monitor by which a system can be constituted simply as compared with a conventional system used to perform an analysis on the basis of total pressure data during a suction operation and which can deal quickly with the judgment of a 'clogging operation'. SOLUTION: A judgment circuit 12 which judges a normal suction operation and an abnormal suction operation on the basis of an output from a pressure sensor 4 inputs an atmospheric pressure P0 before starting a suction operation, a peak pressure value Pp in a sampling route and a pressure value Pe at a suction speed which is different from a suction speed at which the peak pressure value Pp is obtained, and it judges the normal suction operation and the abnormal suction operation on the basis of the peak pressure value Pp and on the basis of a value of (Pe -P0 )/(Pp -P0 ). |
