A pressure sensor which is similar to that set forth in Specification 1, 215, 976 is described and claimed. The sensor differs in that the hollow rod 23 is reduced in diameter adjacent an integral conical surfaced valve head 25 to permit the latter to align easily with its conical seat 27. Also the two parts of the valve housing forming the chambers either side of the diaphragm producing the force opposing the sensed pressure are bolted together for ease of repair.</p> |
