nondestructive testing. SUBSTANCE: procedure is intended for early diagnostics of nucleating cracks in articles, for example, in blades of operating turbomachines. Articles provided with thin-walled capsules with test substance placed there under pressure are used. Capsules with test substance are placed near surface in material of article. With initiation of cracks not resulting in destruction of article walls of capsules break and test substance is detected by recording device from outside of article. EFFECT: possibility of test of blades of operating turbomachine without its shut- down. 1 cl, 2 dwg
