Device has mechanism which provides turning of multijaw chuck relative to horizontal axis. Chuck has roller support connected with flexible members and bracket connected on one of chuck sectors. Supports surfaces of bracket are mated with surfaces of roller support. EFFECT: improved safety and reduced labor input in fitting up and welding jobs carried out in mountains. 3 dwg
