X-ray equipment, applicable in medicine for diagnosis, and in devices for X-ray analysis of materials and in other branches of science and technique. SUBSTANCE: to reduce the cost and enhance the durability of single-crystal anodes, at least the anode target is manufacture of refractory single-crystal metals or alloys with deorientation of crystal blocks within 5 to 20 deg.
