PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal sealing device and device and method for the production of a liquid crystal panel by which a sealing process is carried out for each cassette to reduce the process time, and as a whole, the productivity of liquid crystal panels is improved and a liquid crystal panel having excellent display performance can be produced. SOLUTION: The sealing device is equipped with a coating roller which is disposed below a liquid crystal panel and which has enough length to hold a sealing agent on its circumference face to seal the injection hole, and with a means to relatively move the coating roller to the liquid crystal panel. The coating roller is disposed with the direction of its rotation axis parallel to the liquid crystal panel face and the lower end face of the panel. While this arrangement is maintained, the coating roller or the liquid crystal panel is moved to apply the sealing agent held on the circumference face of the coating roller on the injection hole. After the liquid crystal is injected through the injection hole on the lower end face of the liquid crystal panel, the injection hole as held in that state is sealed.
