PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing capable of preventing even stray current corrosion besides preventing leakage of grease, preventing an entrance of dust and dirt from the outside and preventing creep fretting of a fixed race under a vibrational condition. SOLUTION: This hermetically sealed rolling bearing is provided with an outer race 1, an inner race 2, a rolling body 3 and sealing plates 4 interposed between the outer and inner races 1, 2, an outside sealing plate 5 by joining thermoplastic elastomer 7 and core metal 6 is arranged outside the sealing plates 4, the outside sealing plate 5 is fixed by tight fit to an outer peripheral part 1a of the outer race 1 by bending the outer diameter 8 side at a right angle, and an inner diameter 9 side lip part 9a is contacted with a side surface part 2a of the inner race 2.
